Reporting Damages & Requesting Replacements:

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To process any claims for damaged or defective items, an authentically shot unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be captured in one continuous take, without unusual cuts or edits, clearly showing the outer packaging, unsealing process, and the damaged item(s).

  • Timeframe for Claims: Please share the unboxing video and photographs of the damaged product with us at [your email address] within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a replacement.

Replacement Terms:

  • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the fragile nature of ceramic crockery, returns and refunds are not available. We offer replacements only for damaged or defective items.

  • Replacement Process: If your claim is approved, the replacement item(s) will be shipped along with your next order. This ensures safe delivery and minimizes handling risks. If you do not plan to place another order soon, please contact us to discuss alternative options.

  • Handcrafted Variations: Please note that minor variations in color, texture, and glaze are natural in handcrafted ceramics and add to their unique charm. These variations are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Scenarios:

  • Items without an unboxing video or with edited/unverified footage.
  • Claims made beyond the 24-hour window.
  • Slight variations in color, shape, or design inherent in handmade products.
